JOB TITLE: JUNIOR FIELD OPERATOR

Baker Hughes Incorporated has an opening for a junior Field Operator in Port Harcourt. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate pumping and transport equipment in accordance with company procedures
Work hand in hand with dispatch team for information on each work site.
Maintains assigned equipment, performs daily inspections to ensure compliance with operational and safety requirements.
Proficiently performs equipment inspection and maintenance as requested and completes paperwork.
May assist in performing basic troubleshooting of equipment.
Practice safe driving procedures when travelling to and from locations.
Handles special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years Cementing experience in the oil field.
Engineering qualification (degree, HND or equivalent)
Mechanically inclined.
General knowledge of machines, tools, and banding materials, including their uses, repair, and maintenance.
Fast learner
Strong problem solving skills and be physically fit.
