Job Title: Bank Operations Manager

• Oversee the efficiency, relevance and growth of Operations bank wide;

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and development of branch business plans.
• Provides technical assistance to branches in their strategy implementation and operations.
• Drive performance measures for the measurement of operations performance.
• Harmonize procedures and policies and capitalize on best practices.
• Provides technical backstopping on all matters related to operations.
• Promotes the implementation of new products and services.
• Support bank branches in their targets as per the business plan.

• Oversee the technical assistance plan is implemented and ensures deliverables are being met on time and in compliance with quality standards and regulator.
• Provide support during the pre-operational phase during launching of operations in new areas.
• Assessing marketing opportunities and target markets.
• Harnessing current business and increasing revenue generation.
• Intelligence gathering on customers and competitors.
• Develops new deposit and loan business.

Requirements
The Candidate must possess the following:

• Equivalent degree in management/accounting/Microfinance.
• More than 3 Years working experience in a MFB environment.
• Advanced writing and communication skills

• Bold and decisive, with good interpersonal skills, a team player
• Critical thinker with good analytical skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Familiarity with MS Office, Banking Software applications is an added advantage.
