Job description
Basic Purpose:
Deploys, Administers, maintain and gives the second level support on IT systems under Unix platforms. Administrates and maintains enterprise applications. Deploys business applications. Gives on the job training to Junior engineers.

• Install, Administrate and give second level support of all IT Windows and UNIX Servers.
• Analyze Windows and UNIX Systems performance to assure proper operation all over Client Location.
• Deploy of all Client Location system related project
• Performs configuration, update and back-up of UNIX Servers.
• Defines and implement monitoring tools for all systems
• Define and implementation of a proper levels of security in the setup and operation of the IT UNIX systems
• Install, Administrate and supports all Client Location Internal communication system (domain access right, messaging system and file services)
• Reports equipments and service problems to the supplier (Internal & external) and supervise supplier resolution to completion
• Production of daily system performance dashboard
• Elaborate and modify System procedures
• Plans IT system capacity
• Manages IT system projects

Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years experience in IT System operation errors detection and resolution. IT System performances evaluation. IT System HW for use under Windows and Unix operating systems.
At least 3 years experience in Installation, configuration and management of Windows and Unix systems. Configuration and management of mail systems and authentication system like active directory
At least 3 years experience in Configuration of Data base ORACLE or SQL under Windows or Unix. Organization of implementation work involving different suppliers (internal and external)
At least 3 years experience in Carrying out system acceptance test (software, HW-Hardware, etc.) Logbook maintenance, escalation procedure follow up and to automation of the routine tasks
At least 3 years experience in Elaboration of fall back procedures and emergency in the event of disaster. Project management and to follow the technical implications and business of them. Knowledge of IT IP network.
English: Fluent
