Description:
MORE is a Corporate worldwide program.In this program we recruit talent externally in order to contribute to the future management bench strength by building a pool of mobile high potential employees.
Each participant is developed over a period of two years, based on a three 8-months rotation sequence in three different positions and at least two countries. During these two years the participants have the opportunity to acquire technical skills and develop their competencies.
Once the employee takes over a regular position within the organization, participation in the Program ceases
