Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the following position:
DIRECTOR OF RESEARCH AND DOCUMENTATION
REQUIREMENT
Applicants for the post of Director of Research and Documentation shall have the following requirements:
A Ph.D in the Social Sciences or Humanities with ten years cognate experience.
Ample publications in reputable journals with a bias in elections and democracy.
Demonstrable capacity and working knowledge of ICT
Ability to initiate and implement research work on elections, governance, voter education, gender, political violence and democratization in general. Nigeria Recruitment At INEC – Electoral Institute (EI)
Demonstrable capacity to engage development partners and donor agencies generally and technical capacity to initiate proposals for funding support.
Capacity for team work, good judgement and resourcefulness.
Conditions of Services.
The remuneration shall be commensurate with that of a Director in the Commissions.
DIRECTOR OF TRAINING
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants for the post Director of Training shall have the following requirements:
A Ph.D in the Social Sciences or Humanities with eight (8 years cognate experience.
Demonstrable capacity and working knowledge of ICT
Demonstrable capacity for planning and organizing training programmes on large scale.
Demonstrable capacity to work in a group and as a team leader.
