Roles
Provision of technical support to Garages, Dealers and Customers including training
Monitoring of Compliance with brand standards
Updating the Dealership on After Sales policies and programmes
Expansion of service outlets
Execute plans for the use of genuine spare parts across the network
Desired Skills and Experience
Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics
Proficiency in the use of IT Equipment
Have good report skills
Sound technical knowledge of automobile products
Must not be more than 35 years
Advanced training in Auto technology & Membership of relevant professional Body will be an added advantage.
3-4 years’ experience in related job environment
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or its equivalent
Location: ABUJA & LAGOS
REPORTING LEVEL:These positions report to the After Sales Manager
