Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Head of Project
• Carry out site inspection visits
• Accountable for site preparation before installation by Engineers
• Oversee daily project activities on site
• Checking all works performed on site and verifying that work satisfies the specific tasks outlined in the project implementation schedule; Latest Jobs At JNC International Limited
• Coordinate all project activities and ensure major issues are promptly escalated to the Head of Project
• Communicate Change request to the Head of Project or Change Control Board
• Responsible and accountable for the successful delivery of projects
• Responsible and accountable for the timely reporting of project progress to Head of projects and other stakeholders
• Responsible for proper planning of projects throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure Projects are properly handed over after completion to the business owner
• Liaise on behalf of the business with manufactures/suppliers and regulatory authorities to facilitate approvals and also information gathering; Latest Jobs At JNC International Limited
• Undertake risk analysis of various options in the projects
• Ensure proper scope definitions per project

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Project or Primavera software
• Experience of financial control and budget management

• Able to work to deadlines and under pressure
• Able to work flexible hours
• Able to travel at short notice
• Educated to degree level in a Science or Engineering Discipline (preferably in Civil Engineering, Construction or Architecture)
• Qualification in PMP or PRINCE 2 project management methodology critical
• Over 3 years project management experience
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD
