RESTAURANT MANAGER: B.Sc/HND/OND, 5 years experience.
KITCHEN PRODUCTION MANAGER: Minimum of OND, 5 years experience.
CHEF: Minimum of OND, 5 years experience.
WAITERS: Minimum of OND, 5 years experience.
HOUSE KEEPERS: OND, 5 years experience.
