RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, establish and develop strong business relationships with new customers
Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction by regular, timely and accurate communications with customers.
Retention of existing customers by resolving customer’s concerns timely and effectively, ensure customers satisfaction and also to maintain constant touch with customers for future business.
Identify and develop sales opportunities to improve volume/profit of business with new and existing customers.

Ensure quality leads are turned into business.
