Lead set up and management of Direct Banking platform for the Bank.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for successful implementation; regulatory engagement, customer insights, deployment and pilot test. Drive revenue, cost and standards as set out. Recruitment and Management of resources and overall governance. Negotiation with strategic partners and expansion of product suite. Ownership of specific Marketing initiatives. Post implementation tracking and analytics
Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant work experience
- Good Relationship with Regulators/ Telcos.
- Good exposure to management of digital platforms.
- Good Negotiation and Project Management Skills.
In compliance with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Act of 2004, all applicants should ensure that they have completed the mandatory NYSC programme. A discharge certificate will be required as evidence of completion of the programme. Where an exemption has been granted, a certificate of exemption will also be required.
